Shipping policy

Order processing times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and estimates Shipping costs for your order are calculated and shown at checkout. We ship to Spain and Europe.

• Pickup point delivery: 3-5 business days – Free

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days – Free

• Express delivery (24/48h): 1-2 business days – €8.90

Shipment tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status on our website or the carrier’s. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the system.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact-us@mocastoni.com stating your name and order number.

Customs, duties and taxes Mocastoni is not responsible for duties and taxes applied to your order outside the European Union. All charges levied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).

Shipping address It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. Should the parcel be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damage and claims If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact-us@mocastoni.com . Please keep all the packaging material and take photographs of the damaged items so that we can process the claim.
